THERESE FINNEGAN is a highly experienced real estate professional, with an MBA in Business Management plus a strong background in Mortgage Lending. Together with husband and partner JOHN FINNEGAN,  they developed a highly succesful real estate company in the San Francisco Bay Area.  They are current partner-owners of several Prudential California Realty offices in Northern California.

Therese Finnegan heads a highly effective REO Team with an organized REO selling system.   Her major current clients include Suntrust Bank,  Countrywide Bank, Ocwen, American Hm Mtg , Wachovia and a few others.  Her highly professional APOLLO TEAM is responsible for streamline and quick asset valuation, property preservation and REO disposition.  Therese's team includes full time Property Accounting, Field supervision and  maintenance of assets, Escrow Coordination, Marketing Coordination,  and a Top Selling Team of Buyer agents.
   
Therese Finnegan's 28 year real estate career has given her extensive experience in residential and commercial real estate sales, and she has been involved in overseeing and closing of hundreds of transactions every year. 

Her Mortgage lending background includes working at Great Western Bank, GE Credit Corporation and Bankers Preferred, in loan production and management.  Therese has an in-depth knowledge of real estate contracts, financing, escrows and marketing strategies.

Therese has always maintained ethical and transactional excellence throughout her career.  She is a well respected member of several Boards of Realtors, and has severed in various capacities on Board Commitees since 1980.  Therese has achieved Silver, Gold, and Diamond Awards at SAMCAR, is a nine-year Centurion Award Winner, and from Prudential Real Estate recipient of the Gibraltar Circle Award.  Therese maintains her role as Vice President as well as head of the REO department.
